Information about online dispute resolution

As of January 9, 2016, disputes between consumers and retailers in connection with online sales contracts are to be resolved via the online platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (OS platform). The platform is provided by the EU Commission and can be found under the link: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
